Club Gemini Boltz (15U for the 2022-23 season) ranked 37th out of 100 teams in the Gateway Region with a Gateway record of 53-36. Other accomplishments include winning the Bronze Consolation division at Regionals and finishing 1st in the 16U division of the Battle for the Bluegrass in Louisville. For 2023-24, the Boltz intend to pick up right where they left off.
We offer a dynamic instructional program combined with a competitive schedule. It is anticipated that the team will consist of 10 players who will be selected based on prior experience, skills possessed, and demonstration of teamwork.
The tournament schedule will include 6 regional 1-day tournaments, the Martin Luther King Classic (3-day), the Presidents’ Day Classic (2-day) plus Regionals. It is also anticipated the team will compete in the Show-Me Qualifier in Kansas City.
Potential travel opportunities include Kansas City and Cape Girardeau.
Post-season activities will be considered including the ASICS National Tournament in Chicago and the Show-Me State Games. Participation in these events is optional and will incur additional fees.
Practices are planned for Tuesday and Thursday evenings at various South County locations.
Fees are estimated to be $1,350.
Jess Gerst will be the head coach for the Boltz and Cynthia McKee will be the assistant coach.
